About PD4Me New Jersey

PD4Me New Jersey is a Virtual Technical Assistance Center that provides on-demand professional development to K – 12 educators focused on reducing chronic absenteeism, enhancing student mental health, improving student engagement, and expanding inclusive practices at no cost. PD4Me leverages research-backed strategies to create a centralized, evidence-based resource hub that enhances efficiency, consistency, and accessibility for educators statewide. Through PD4Me, all educators are able to engage with high-quality training materials at their convenience.

PD4Me also provides targeted professional development and capacity-building support to high-need local education agencies (LEAs). High-need LEAs will have the opportunity to participate in learning pathways that build upon the on-demand resources. Through an application process, high need LEAs can access live, virtual support via Communities of Practice (CoP), expert-lead learning sessions, and consultation office hours.

These synchronous sessions and virtual communities address specific challenges and promote collaborative problem-solving peers and subject matter experts. Badges are available for those who complete a learning pathway.
