PD4Me New Jersey is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all participants in our professional development programs. This joint initiative between the New Jersey State Department of Education and Rutgers University offers online courses, virtual communities of practice, and personalized technical assistance designed to support New Jersey educators and school staff.

We collect only the personal information necessary to provide high-quality professional development experiences, improve our services, and meet reporting requirements for program effectiveness. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, school and district affiliation, course participation data, and feedback provided through evaluations or surveys.

All data are stored securely and used solely for educational, administrative, and program improvement purposes. Information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties. Access to personally identifiable information is limited to authorized NJDOE and Rutgers University staff or partners directly involved in program delivery and evaluation, who are required to maintain the confidentiality of all data.

We comply with all applicable federal and state privacy laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), as well as Rutgers University and NJDOE data protection policies.
