Participation in this no-cost professional continuing education program for K–12 educators in school mental health constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. PD4Me New Jersey offers online courses, webinars, and related learning opportunities intended for eligible educators and school staff, who are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining account security. While there is no fee to participate, individuals are responsible for their own technology and internet access. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and adhere to program guidelines; failure to do so may result in removal. Badges and certificates may be awarded upon successful completion of specified requirements. All materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use and may not be reproduced without permission. Participant data will be used for program administration in accordance with applicable privacy standards. The Program reserves the right to modify or discontinue offerings at any time and is provided “as is” without warranties; to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program is not liable for damages arising from participation.
