Where can I get additional help?
We understand that it can be frustrating when you need help and cannot speak with someone directly.

Can I access my course on my mobile phone or ipad?
Our website is mobile-friendly and accessible on all devices. However, some features are best experienced on a laptop or desktop. For example, taking quizzes or participating in discussion boards is easier and more effective on a larger screen
Why can't I access my course from my workplace?
Some work environments—particularly schools and libraries—use firewalls or network restrictions that can limit access to certain websites and databases. In these cases, you may be able to log in successfully but still be unable to open your course or access learning activities. Unfortunately, this is due to local network settings and cannot be resolved on our end. We recommend contacting your organization’s Information Technology (IT) department for assistance.
Ugh! I think I have a virus on my computer. Can you help?
Unfortunately, viruses are an ongoing risk in today’s digital environment. However, you can significantly reduce the likelihood of infection by keeping your antivirus software up to date and avoiding shared use of your computer whenever possible. If you suspect your device has been compromised, you may need to bring it to your organization’s IT department or a professional computer repair service for assistance.
When I complete a course, do I obtain any C.E.U.'s?
Currently, for these courses, we are not offering any C.E.U.’s. However, upon completion of a course, most offer a certificate.
